When it comes to the effectiveness of online therapy, the most important thing is the support of a competent therapist who has completed the required psychotherapeutic training, is subject to regular supervision, and works in accordance with professional ethics and principles such as kindness, empathy, understanding, attentiveness, unconditional respect and confidentiality.
I have been trained in conducting online therapy and I have high skills in this field. I also have an individual and holistic approach to the needs of people in therapy. My service offers individual online therapy (adults and teenagers 17+).

I have experience in treating a wide variety of disorders, so you can be sure that you will receive support no matter what problems you report.
However, since out-of-hospital psychotherapy would be unethical and potentially endangering the patient’s health and life in the case of people requiring psychiatric hospitalization, I do not provide therapy for people in severe psychiatric crisis, e.g. with acute psychosis or severe neurological disorders caused by alcohol or drug addiction.
More information about the problems you can report can be found in the SERVICES tab.
The first 1-3 consultations are intended to discuss your situation and identify your main problems and needs, which will allow to determine the appropriate therapy methods for you. After this time together we will also agree the frequency of meetings, therapy goals, possible effects and ways of solving potential difficulties. You can expect various questions about your past and current problems – however, remember that you do not have to answer all the questions if you do not want to do so at this stage of our therapeutic relationship. You can also ask questions about what is important to you and tell the therapist how you feel and what you think during the conversation.
During the first consultation, many people experience intense emotions such as sadness, anger, disappointment and rage, and reactions such as crying or having trouble finding the right words. This is common and understandable, so you don’t need to be ashamed of either your emotions or your reactions. If you experience any difficulties during the conversation, you can tell about it.
You don’t have to prepare anything for the first session, but it can help if you write down the main things you want to discuss, because when we’re stressed, our memory often fails us.
A psychotherapist cannot issue a prescription for medications or SSP unless they are also a psychiatrist.
A psychiatrist is a person who has completed medical studies and psychiatric specialization. In medical practice, psychiatrists diagnose the patient and recommend the use of pharmacotherapy (write prescriptions), refer patients for additional tests or hospital treatment, and may also issue SSP.

For many years, my performance was measured and praised by the organizations I worked for in the UK because I achieved above-average results. This was also confirmed by patients’ opinions, reporting a significant improvement in mood and quality of life.
No therapist is able, and should not, for ethical reasons, promise that he or she can help everyone and in every case, because this is unrealistic from a scientific point of view.
However, working under close clinical supervision, having many years of experience and regularly improving my qualifications, I can guarantee you I will provide you with professional support and reliable therapeutic help to empower you to make the changes you want in your life.
This depends on the client and the problem they bring. However, I typically see clients for anywhere between ten and thirty sessions, and many say they already feel positive changes after just two or three meetings. I’ll aim to help resolve your issues in as few sessions as possible.
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever works best for you. We can decide this at our first session, and can keep it flexible as we make progress.
