Individual therapy

Individual psychotherapy allows the therapist’s full attention to be focused on the patient in question, as well as the development of a healthy therapeutic relationship that promotes improved self-esteem, psychological well-being and better functioning of the person in therapy in other relationships. This is the best form of therapy for those desiring treatment focused solely on them, during which they can make in-depth analyses of their emotions, thoughts and behavior with their therapist, at an individual pace. I have specialized in one-on-one psychotherapy because of the specifics of my previous jobs, as well as my belief, based on clinical research, that this form of therapy is highly effective.
